Annapolis Accomodations named CHPA's Provider of the Year for 2007

The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) awarded their top honor, 2007 Company Provider of the Year, to Annapolis Accommodations of Annapolis, MD.

Lu Ramsay Cotta, President, along with sister, Jane Ramsay, accepted the award in San Antonio, TX on behalf of the Annapolis Accommodations staff, the owners it represents and its customers.

The Corporate Housing Providers Association is a national organization of companies, large and small, providing fully furnished interim housing for people on assignment, in relocation, displaced due to fire/flood/ reconstruction or any other need for fully serviced properties.

Annapolis Accommodations is a 21 year company which started providing 'corporate leasing' in its third year of business and has continued to do so with its representation of privately owned properties throughout Annapolis and the greater Anne Arundel County area.

Cotta said, "Because we are a relatively small company, (a single shop representing a single destination) in a $166 Billion Dollar market, we are absolutely humbled and thrilled with this honor."

When asked why Annapolis Accommodations would be singled out among 400 companies, Cotta replied that it is directly attributable to the amazing dedication of her staff, both past and present, along with the determination of the owners they represent to constantly maintain and upgrade their properties to the standards which the corporate travelers are accustomed and demanding. "We have high standards and expectations which owners must meet in their choice of furnishings, housewares, linens, artwork, and other accents. The owners we represent understand that we are competing, every hour of every day, with the best names, the best products and the best customer service in the business. And with this award, they now know that they are the best name, the best product and share in providing the best customer service in this industry.
