R.E. Martin Publications, Inc. Acquires Corporate Choices

R.E. Martin Publications, Inc., publisher of 55+ Lifestyles Magazine, the North East’s premier active adult community publication, and Raising Standards, the building industry’s resource for options and upgrades, recently announced its acquisition of Corporate Choices, the only print and online directory that features ONLY corporate and extended stay housing. With extensive experience in both the free publication and housing industries, Corporate Choices Publisher, Kimberly Walker, believes R.E. Martin Publications is strongly positioned to take Corporate Choices to the next level.

“Our goal is to create the ultimate print and online corporate travel resource,” explained Walker. “In addition to actively managing and updating a list of some 25,000 subscribers, we are in the process of developing a fresh new look for the publication, and will begin adding more industry-driven editorial and content to help keep our readers informed about the ever-changing world of corporate travel.”

With the acquisition of the publication, R.E. Martin President, Bob Martin, also announced the launch of the totally redesigned www.CorporateChoices.com website on January 1, 2007. The new site allows online users to leverage the power of the Internet to make informed corporate travel decisions, by affording them instant access to thousands of corporate housing options. With so many listings to choose from, CorporateChoices.com also allows users to comparison-shop to ensure they are getting the best deals available.

“We understand that now, more than ever, people are looking to the Internet to help make educated travel decisions,” explained Martin. “With that in mind, we’ve created a new Corporate Choices website that offers a great new look and a much more user-friendly format. Our design team is also in the process of developing free user software to help frequent travelers manage ongoing travel data,” said Martin.

R.E. Martin is also in the process of organizing a Corporate Choices Advisory Panel – a small panel of corporate housing professionals to help guide the mission and vision of Corporate Choices as it moves forward.
